Do you ever feel like your life has somehow gotten off track? I did, too. I went to college, worked at some very cool jobs, earned a graduate degree, had a family. And somewhere along the way, I realized that while I was doing what was expected of me, the real me had somehow become lost.
I did a ton of self work to become reacquainted with myself, to discover why I was put on this beautiful planet of ours, and to make some (sometimes subtle, sometimes big) shifts so that my life was aligned with my values. I started spending my time well, and now I kinda dig hanging out with the real me.
Moving You Closer to Your Ideal Life
I’d like to help you feel that same kind of alignment. Picture waking up every day energized, deeply happy with who you are, and feeling like every day, you’re moving closer to your goals—whether that’s a loving and supportive relationship, a career that feeds your soul, or anything else that would feel deeply satisfying to you. You glide through the day gracefully instead of running around frantically. And you go to bed feeling grateful and excited to start another purposeful day tomorrow.
A Special Note to Caretakers or Those in Transition
I’m fiercely and lovingly committed to helping all my clients live deeply satisfying lives. But I have a special place in my heart for caretakers and those in transition because I’ve been there. And I’m still there.
If you’re a caretaker, thank you for the important work you do. I understand what it’s like to care for a loved one—I’ve taken care of two terminally ill family members, and one of my children is currently recovering from a life-threatening illness, so I live this every day.
Caretaking is a marathon, not a sprint, and going full speed causes you to run out of steam when you’re needed the most. And so I’ve developed some practical strategies to help lessen some of the strain, keep myself more balanced and ensure that I can take care of my loved one for the long haul. I’ll help you do the same. This is something you owe to yourself—and to your loved one.
Those in Transition
Whether you’re trying to regain your footing after a change in marital status, are embarking on a new career, or are looking to create a new chapter in your story, I’ll be next to you during this time of change. I’ve navigated some of these waters, having gone through a divorce, experienced multiple reproductive losses, survived domestic abuse and changed careers. It was scary, and there were times when I thought I couldn’t get through it. But in every case, the first step was the hardest.
I’ll stand beside you during this time of transition. I’ll ask questions designed to help you figure out what’s next, and help you develop a plan for getting there. No matter what you’ve been through, I know that it’s possible to re-discover the you that’s been in there all along—the person you were before so much adulting. You have two choices: keep things as is, or live the life of your dreams. Let’s start creating a life you love.
Love and light,
